Two ingredients. Nothing to hide.
Every GILD bottle is real animal fat blended with non-GMO avocado oil — and that's the whole list. The animal fat is always first on the label, because it's always the bigger part of the bottle. Here's exactly what goes in, why, and what never does.
Fat first — and the label proves it
Ingredient lists are ordered by weight, so the first word tells you what you're really buying. On every GILD bottle, the animal fat comes first. Avocado oil is the partner, not the headline.

Why we blend with avocado oil
Straight animal fat is firm at room temperature and has a lower smoke point. Non-GMO avocado oil does three jobs: it keeps GILD squeezable straight from the counter, it lifts the smoke point into true high-heat territory, and it softens the heavier notes so the flavor reads clean. It's a working partner — never a filler.
Sourcing & how it's made
Our beef tallow is rendered from grass-fed beef. Our pork lard comes from pork raised with no antibiotics ever. Our ghee is made from clarified butter. Tallow and lard are rendered in USDA-inspected U.S. facilities; ghee is made in an FDA-regulated dairy facility.
The squeeze bottle is the point: no scooping a cold jar, no melting, and one squeeze is about one serving — so you control every drip. The bottle is #5 PP and made without BPA, BPS, phthalates, or PFAS.
