Every Counter Box ships free in the lower 48. One-time orders ship for a flat $9.95. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico pay the carrier rate at checkout, with $9.95 off each Counter Box.

We ship to addresses in the U.S. only.

Returns

30 days in your kitchen. If GILD isn't earning its spot on your counter, reach us from the contact page with your order number and we refund your first box.

Damaged or wrong item

If a bottle arrives damaged, leaking, or it's the wrong item, contact us right away with your order details and a photo if you can. We'll make it right.

Cold weather

If your shipment arrives stiff from cold transit, that's normal. Run the bottle under warm tap water and shake. The blend comes right back to a squeeze-ready ribbon.
