Shipping is calculated at checkout — real USPS rates to your zip, with faster options if you need them. Orders $75+ ship free. Subscriptions ship free, every order.

International

We ship to select countries outside the U.S. — rates are calculated by the carrier and shown at checkout.

Returns

30 days, free. If GILD isn't earning its spot on your counter, reach us from the contact page with your order number and we'll take care of it.

Damaged or wrong item

If a bottle arrives damaged, leaking, or it's the wrong render, contact us right away with your order details and a photo if you can. We'll make it right.

Cold weather

If your shipment arrives stiff from cold transit, that's normal — run the bottle under hot water and shake. The blend comes right back to a squeeze-ready ribbon.
