Returns

Returns are quick and free through Buy with Prime's standard process. Start a return from your order confirmation, or reach us from the contact page and we'll help.

Damaged or wrong item

If a bottle arrives damaged, leaking, or it's the wrong render, contact us right away with your order details and a photo if you can. We'll make it right.

Cold weather

If your shipment arrives stiff from cold transit, that's normal — run the bottle under warm water and shake. The blend reverts to its squeeze-ready form.
